He is survived by: his wife Tonja Bliss; his children, Dale Bliss (Jennifer), Michael Bliss of Warren, PA and Vinessa Patterson (K. P.) of Louisburg, NC; and his sister Carol Stevens (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
