She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dewey Moore and Mary Grace Bolt Moore; her siblings, Jerry Moore and Patsey Moore; and her brother-in-law Keith Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Harvey; her daughter Emma Lee Harvey of Long Creek; her siblings, Michael Moore (Carmen) of Westminster and Donna Chapman of Clarkesville, Georgia; her granddaughter Marquita George of Seneca; and her great grandchild Alizey.
