She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Clem and Juanita Ruth Griffin Clem; her former husband Ralph Eldon Staton; and her brother Bruce Wimberly. She is survived by: her husband Steve Anthony Grant; her children, Robert Kevin Whaley of Florida, Mark Eldon Staton of South Carolina, Naomi Jean Harrison (Tim) of Walhalla, Brittany Grant of South Carolina and Amber Baty (Richard) of South Carolina; her sisters, Lynn Clem of Georgia, Denise Varnadore of South Carolina, Joan Carnal of Florida and Deborah Booth of Florida; and her grandchildren, Danielle Whaley, Noah McAlister (Leanna), Cody Willis, Lakin Long and Siera Harrison.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Grant Residence (350 Grant Rd, Westminster, SC 29693).
