He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Harold Daugherty and Linda Lenora McJunkin Daugherty; and his brothers, Jerry Dean Daugherty and Joe Delane Daugherty. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Marie" Rogers; his children, Shane Daugherty (Emma Webb) of Westminster and Stephanie Daugherty (Ricky Banks) of Westminster; his uncle McJunkin; and his niece Elizabeth Daugherty. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
