He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Ruth Bramlett Abercrombie; his parents, Clarence Abercrombie and Ruby Glenn Abercrombie; his sons, Boyd Abercrombie and Stevie Abercrombie; and his siblings, William "Peanut" Abercrombie, Ilene Smith and Grace Richardson.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Abercrombie (Justin Sieck) of Walhalla, SC; his brother Olin Johnson Leo Abercrombie of Westminster, SC; and his grandchildren, Talesha Jackson (Tim) of Williston, ND, Brittany Lusk (Jason) of Walhalla, SC, Chris Abercrombie (Kayla) of Seneca, SC and Ashley Abercrombie (Jason) of Seneca, SC. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild.
