He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ben Smith and Maudie Lee James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Benjamin Smith; his daughters, Melanie Jurachek (Rick) and Monica Addis; his brothers, Wayne Smith and Jerry Smith (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jimmy McClellan Jurachek (Clara Elizabeth), Anna Jurachek, Isla Gray Addis and Benjamin Miles Addis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jimmy's memory may be made to Westminster First Baptist Church, 426 West-Oak Hwy., Westminster, SC 29693.
