He is survived by: his wife Linda Bryant Norris; his children, Melvin Daniel Norris (Tracie) of Vandalia, OH and Jessie Norris O'Kelley (Brian) of Westminster; his sisters, Hellen Blackwell, Doris Blackwell and Lucille Cooper of Westminster; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Rose O'Kelley and Chloe Elizabeth Norris.
