He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Barker Foster; his daughters, Janice McLeod (Andy) of Jonesborough and Regina Carroll (Tracey) of Westminster; his grandchildren, April De Troye (Chris), Adam McLeod (Ellie), Brandon Foster, Anna Ellis (Jacob), Todd Carroll (MaKayla) and Amanda Place (Paul); his great grandchildren, Hazel Foster, Ellie, Amy De Troye, Clint, Ian Ellis and Timothy Place; and his foster son Talmadge Rholetter.
