He is survived by: his children, Michael Ray Phillips (Maria) of Orlando, FL, Stacy Michelle Sexton of West Union, SC and Rebecca Lynn Nevin of Orlando; his siblings, Randy Carl Sexton (Lynn) of Seneca, Larry Lee Sexton of Seneca, SC and Peggy Jean Carroll of Westminster, SC; his grandchildren, Kimberly Capps (Timmy), Victoria Tabino (Cory), Ashley Phillips, Bradley Phillips, Sean Phillips and Joshua Phillips; his great grandchildren, Melodyanne Capps, JoyHannah Capps and Alleighe Capps; his nephews, Marty Sexton and Jamie Sexton; and his sister-in-law Linda Sexton of Westminster.
