He was predeceased by: his parents, Edkar Alfred Cobb and Mary Lee Pitts Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Gail Carson Cobb; his daughters, Andrea Cobb (Allen Lay) of Westminster, Jessica Clement of Westminster, Stephanie Conally of Westminster and Robin Padgett (Jason) of Walhalla; and his sisters, Linda Certain (late Sonny) of Westminster and Judy Marcengill (Basil) of Westminster. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
