He is survived by: his wife Crystal Holcombe Lingefelt; his stepchildren, Myles Holcombe, Alexis Holcombe and Bentley Holcombe; his brothers, Tony McKenzie of Louisa and Chauncey Lingefelt of Westminster; his grandparents, Kenneth McKenize of Kentucky, Mary Swords of Kentucky, Billy and Ethel Lingefelt of Seneca; and his pet Berkley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
