He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Morgan and Mozelle Morgan of Walhalla. He is survived by: his significant other Patsy Moore Morgan; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Sharalyn; his son Jon; his daughter-in-law Dana; his adoptive son Steve LaPlante; his grandchildren, Mary Morgan and Eli Morgan; his brother Clint; his sister-in-law Lynn; and his sister Jane Arnold Lafferty. He is also survived by his family, especially his sons and grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Charlie's memory may be made to Westminster Presbyerian Church, 204 N. Isundega Street, Westminster, SC, 29693.
