She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Keith Black; her parents, John Sherman Stephens and Annie Mae Sanders Stephens; her siblings, Rev. Arvil Stephens, Jimmy Stephens, Leon "Boonie" Stephens, Kenneth E. Stephens and Naomi Wilson Cindy Crumpton; and her granddaughter Ashton Black.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Black and Jeremy Black; her brothers, Derrill Stephens (Peggie) and Johnny Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Cullen, Josh and Ansley.
