He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Oliver Collins and Lula Edna Palmer Collins; his siblings, Otis Oliver Collins II, Horace Collins and Lucy Stancil; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle Elizabeth Collins and Norah Whitfield.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Collins; his sons, David Collins (Nancy) and Alan Collins; his sister Nancy Walden; his grandsons, Bradley Collins (Beth), Brad Whitfield (Christy) and Nick Whitfield (Bailey); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Collins, Josiah Collins, Brylee Whitfield, Teagan Whitfield, Sawyer Whitfield and Luke Whitfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bobby's memory may be made to Corinth Baptist Church, 1607 Toccoa Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693.
