She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh F. Ables of Westminster, SC; her parents, John Rogers and Eugenia Parks Rogers; her daughter Myra Dillard; and her siblings, Ira Rogers, Robert Rogers, Billy Rogers, Virginia Cain, Vermel Ledford, Vera Hines and Louise Gerrard.

She is survived by: her children, Frank Ables (Karen) of Westminster, SC, Alan Ables (Frankie) of Westminster, SC, Carl Ables of Westminster, SC and Donna Anderson (Andy) of Anderson, SC; and her siblings, Glenn Rogers and Myra Hare. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
