She was predeceased by: her husband James Melvin Jackson; her parents, Adger Cooley and Eula Mae Verdan Cobb; her son James D. Jackson; and her siblings, Douglas Cobb, Roy Cobb, Donnie Cobb, Terry Cobb, Sandra Blackwell and Kathy Dickert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Jackson, April McGuffin (Donovan) and Phyllis Panter (Michael); her daughter-in-law Penny Jackson; her brothers, Ronnie Cobb and Lonnie Cobb; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Head, Ashley Eades (Dean), Caitlyn McGuffin (Cali Kent), James "Jay" Boyles III and Kristin Justice. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the First Baptist Memorial Park (426 W Oak Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693).
