She was predeceased by: her spouse Jessie Haynes; her parents, Roy Bates and Mary Collier Bates; her son Malcolm Haynes; and her pet Phoebee.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Gail Bryant (Jack) of Westminster; her grandson Anthony Haynes (Rachel); and her sister Mary Ann Ridley of Westminster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
