She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles E. Rogers; her husband Thomas E. Moulder; her daughter Rebekah Charlene Cawthon White; and her brothers, Thomas Clayton Clark Jr., Larry Steven Clark and Johnny Albert Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Douglas Rogers (Jennifer), Danny Lane Rogers (Brenda), James Bradley Rogers, Mary Gearline Campbell and Linda Dale Jones (Dale). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Addie's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 507 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
