Atkinson (West Union, South Carolina), born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Geraldine Cornett Atkinson; and his parents, Thomas W. Atkinson, Sr. and Ruth Atkinson. He is survived by: his children, Mike Cornett of Anderson, Dennis Cornett of LaGrange, GA, Thomas Cornett of Seneca, Dorothy Holcombe (Mark) of Walhalla, Linda Price of Seneca and Teresa Smith of Westminster. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren.
