He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Jennings Owens of West Union; his children, David Duncan (Rhonda) of West Union and Christy Lyle (Gary) of Walhalla; and his sisters, Sylvia Chastain and Deborah McClain. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
