He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kulper; his children, Jennifer Wright (Tom) of Richmond, James Gibson of Atlanta, Janice Westfall (Marc) of Wayesville and Richard Kulper, Jr. (Gretchen) of Blue Ash, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Sydney Herres, Gracie Westfall and Ian Wright; his great grandchild Jameson Herres; and his sister Maryann Spatola (Mark) of Wilmington.
