He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blunt and Ruth O. Andres Blunt. He is survived by: his son Jeffery Raymond Blunt (Marjorie); his stepsons, Kenneth T. Woody and Armond "Mario" A. Solis; his daughters, Donna Lee Roper (Mark), Lori Ann Obitz (Michael) and Ellen Melecci; his stepdaughter Sherri Lee Hunt; and his sister Barbara Jean Gearhart of Kenville, NJ. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
