She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Oakley and Maggie Cox Oakley; and her siblings, Julian, Winfred, Jack, Joe Oakley, Inez Brucke and Ruby Brucke.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lamar Addis (Cathy) of West Union and Sandra Ball (Fred) of West Union; and her grandchildren, Bryan Ball, Stephen Addis and Stephanie Brewer. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
