She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludvic Richter and Maria Albach Richter. She is survived by: her children, Michael Phillips of Westminster, Bertha Bradley (Lon) of Westminster and Arlene Stubbs (Henry) of Westminster. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
