It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth William Capps of West Union, South Carolina, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Capps and Ethel Duvall Capps; and his siblings, Homer Capps, Jack Capps, Jimmy Capps, Alvin Capps, Inez Oliver, Geneva Collins, Patsy Ann Strickland and Jeanette Owens.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Rowland Capps; his son William Frank Capps (Jessica) of Salem; his siblings, Douglas Capps of Westminster, Eddie Capps of Westminster, Kathleen Lee of Ninety-Six, Earleen Fitzgerald of Westminster and Louise Morton of Walhalla; and his grandchildren, Jacob Capps, Mason Capps and Kimber Capps.

Memorials in Kenneth's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
