She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rooksie Haynes Neal of West Union, SC and Eugene "Gene" Neal; her children, Lamar Marsengill (Jennifer) of Walhalla, SC and Fredda Duncan (Jerry) of Anderson, SC; her siblings, Charles Neal (Wanda) of Pickens, SC, Dale Neal (Tina) of Seneca, SC, Timothy Neal of West Union, SC, Becky Merck (Stanley) of West Union, SC, Marsha Burrell (Greg) of Walhalla, SC and Phyllis Neal-Adams (Alex) of Seneca, SC; her grandchildren, Cody Marsengill, Dustin Duncan, Chase Duncan, Drew Garrison and Logan Marsengill; and her brother Wayne Neal. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
