He is survived by: his wife Lisa Diane Blair Keitt of Liberty; and his children, Andrew Keitt, Eric Nettles, John W. Keitt, IV, Kelly Keitt, Amy Keitt and Michelle Chavis. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
