He is survived by: his wife Cathy Marsengill Addis of West Union, SC; his children, Stephen Addis and Stephanie Addis (Keith); his sister Sandra Ball (Freddie); and his grandchildren, Jayden Addis (Ashton), Wyatt Brewer (Becca), Carson Medlin (David), Colby Tallman, Gage Tallman and Lucy Cannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
