He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Collins and Edna S. Collins; and his wife Sandra Talley Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Collins Wood; his siblings, John Collins, Jr. and Jackie Collins Fowler; his granddaughter Autumn Wood; his nieces, Susan Fowler and Sandra Clapper; and his nephew Chad Collins.
