He was predeceased by: his parents, Ansel Smith and Mildred Graham Smith; and his brothers, David and Gene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Stephens Smith of West Union; his son Barry Smith (Allison); his siblings, Kenneth Smith and Peggy Smith; his grandchildren, Justin Smith and Jordan Smith (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Seth, Evan, Connor, Harper, Maddie-Kay, Turner and Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
