She is survived by: her children, Bruce Addis, Kenneth Addis, David Addis and Betty Lewis; her sister Dorothy Hancox; her grandchildren, Sheila Campbell, Marsha Tollison, Megan Howard and Brandon Addis; and her great grandchildren, Lane Campbell, Brianna Horton, Garrett White, Colton Howard, Grayson Howard, Lucas Howard and Wren Addis.
