He is survived by: his children, Jason Neal (Casey) of Walhalla, SC, Doug Neal of Seneca, SC and Missy Cappelen (Dan) of West Union, SC; his siblings, Donnie Neal, Bud Neal, Doris Kelly, Hazel Evans, Marlene Smith and Rita Gregory; his grandchildren, AJ Ellenburg, Riley Cappelen, Jordan Campbell, Taylor Sanford, Gage Neal and Ella Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Aidan, Raven and Harper.
