He was predeceased by: his parents, Griffin Cain and Elizabeth Cain; and his brothers, Donnie and Junior Cain. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Miller Cain; his daughter April Cain Kelly (Chris); and his siblings, Dale Cain, Kenny Cain (Pat), Wesley Cain and Ann Hayes.
