It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Dodgins Williams of West Union, South Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dodgins and Mary Swafford Dodgins; her husbands, Bert Williams and Harold Lee Williams; her son Bobby Williams; and her siblings, Lloyd Speed, Norman Speed, Harmon Speed, Arthur Speed and Lois Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Parker (Dale); her stepchildren, Harold Lee Williams, Jr., Fabian Dale Williams, Shelby Blackwell, Ladonna Hill, Tina Gail Griffin and Paula Grubbs; her siblings, Ed Speed of Aiken and Brenda Smith of Darlington; her grandsons, Joshua Parker (Christina) and Zachary Parker (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Braelynn Parker, Connor Parker and Rowen Parker.
