He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Baker Crowe of West Union; his parents, James L. Crowe, Jr. and Dollie Orr Crowe; and his sisters, Opal Lee Crowe and Christine Owens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Cowan (Robert), Joyce Nix (Ralph) and Elaine Hancock (David); his brother Harold E. Crowe; and his grandchildren, Kristal Dickson (Bradley), David Kelly, Emily Holliman (Brad), John Cowan (Samantha) and Ashlee Burrell (Jason). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
