He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Price and Bertie Farmer Price; and his brothers, Clyde Doris Price (CD), Ray Price and Henry Price (Tootie).
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Price; his daughters, Corrine Price Smith and Rebecca Price Kern (Shawn); his grandchildren, Phillip, Chaise, Caleb Kern, Blake, Grant Mason and Samantha Adams (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Lila Kern.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Reedy Fork Baptist Church, Seneca, or Cottingham Hospice House, Seneca.
