Though Billie Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Grant and Bessie Dover Grant. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Duncan of West Union, SC; her children, Alan Duncan (Cindy) of West Union, Jeff Duncan (Michelle) of Seneca and Lisa Taylor (Michael) of Walhalla; and her siblings, Larry Grant (Carolyn) of Walhalla, Irene Chapman (Henry) of Walhalla and Marian Lee of Walhalla. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Memorial Gardens (4500 SC-11, Westminster, SC 29693).
