He is survived by: his wife Lois Roach Collins; his children, Chad Collins of Tamassee and Shana Collins-Smith (Mark) of West Union; his siblings, Alton "Poe" Collins (Cora) of Walhalla, Ella Mae Lee of Westminster, Sara Reid (Billy) of Seneca, Retha Anderson (Paul) of Easley and Janice Shetler of Seneca; and his grandchildren, Aidan Smith, Addison Smith and William Collins.
