He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Barbara Ballington Steele Norris. He is survived by: his wife Tara Sweat Norris; his sons, Kristopher George (Jeanne) and W. Chase Norris (Paulette); his grandchildren, Amelia, Olivia, Michael and Carter Jeanne; and his brothers, Charles, Richard (Penni) and John (Angie).
