He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Kaiser, Sr. and Ida Phipps Kaiser; and his grandmothers, Thomas Kaiser and Hallie Phipps. He is survived by: his children, Joey Mullinax (Benji) of Inman, SC, Russell Kaiser of Columbia, SC, Melissa Buehler (Jeff) of Conway, SC and Ivey Lynn Kaiser (Josh) of Dale; his siblings, Henry Kaiser of Sandy Run, SC, Doris Herlong (Henry) of Sandy Run, SC and Mary Williams (Mike) of West Columbia, SC; and his brother-in-law Charles Jackson (late Luvenia Jackson) of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by son (sister) and many nieces and nephews.
