With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhonda Faye Williams Cox (West Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on December 13, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Leigh Williams and Virginia Emily Williams LeBeau; and her siblings, Gary Williams, Kenneth Williams, Deyonne Leah Sprolles and Janice Lynn Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Cox; her children, Melissa Lynn Cox and Dane Akers; her grandchildren, Anthony Lynn Smith, Jr. and Laylah Grace Cox; her nephew Michael Heishman Friend; and also Jodie Friend. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well fur babies.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Columbia Seventh Day Adventist Church (3408 Delree St, West Columbia, SC 29170). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
