He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Mary Louise McKenna Holmes; and his sister-in-law Joan Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Martin; his children, Ann Gressette (Bam) and Ken Holmes (Gina); his brothers, Larry and Robert Holmes (Sue); and his grandsons, Lawrence Gressette, Paul Gressette, John Gressette, Jackson Holmes and Connor Holmes. He is also survived by five nieces.
