He is survived by: his wife Regina Donald Shealy; his daughters, Regina Anne and Carrie Elizabeth; his sons-in-law, Charles Tidwell and Travis Ross; his siblings, Wayne Shealy (Olivia), Lyndell Shealy (Wanda) and Carolyn Brown (Gene); and his grandchildren, J. D., Kelsey and Marie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the HVAC fund at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in his memory.
