She is survived by: her sons, Wes Chavis, Stacy Chavis (Amber) and Robert Urban (Jordan); her grandchildren, Cherokee, Davis, Delaney Kate, Easton and Emmy; and her siblings, Doug Wooten (Val), Jeff Wooten (Vicki), Vickie Olin (Charlie), Dana Wooten (Shellie) and Marty Wooten (Sheri).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Dunn's Chapel Youth, 281 Chapel Road, West Columbia, SC.
