She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Archibald Watts and Grace Elizabeth Watts; and her husband Theodore Arthur Mills. She is survived by: her children, Ted Mills, Jr. (Jamie) of Columbia, Patricia Zeigler (Carl) of Elloree, Gerald Mills (Phyllis) of Branchville and Diane Bradley (Bill) of Abilene, Texas; and her sisters, June Wilbanks of Lexington and Tarzie Backman of Norway. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
