He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Arthur W "Wayne" Smith; his parents, Barbara A Brogden and Lewis W Williams; his siblings, Allan L "Lynn" Williams (Cindy Williams), Richard C "Clay" Brogden (Lisa Brogden), David C Brogden (Jamie Brogden) and Cynthia L "Cindy" Schmitt (Richard Schmitt); his cousins, Allan Fallaw Smith, Nicky Fallaw Smith and Andy Palmer; and his brother Michael W "Mike" Williams (Marie Williams). He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
