It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen F. Lowman of West Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on June 17, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franks and Kathleen O'Dell; and her grandsons, Joshua and Justin Lowman. She is survived by: her husband Otis; her son Todd Lowman; her grandchildren, Hannah Lowman, Caroline Lowman and Jack Lowman; her sisters, Claudia Wood (Tom) and Julie Dreher (Bernie); and her pets, Hank and Daisy.
