Julia S. Cook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia S. Cook of West Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Strickland Snell and Illa Belle Snell (Corley); her husband Donnal C. Cook; and her siblings, Julius Snell "Sonny", Lavern Snell, Rodella Snell Hallman and Carol Ann Snell.

She is survived by: her daughter Wendy C. Smith (James); her grandson Christopher Blake Keaton (Simeon Shaylor); her stepgranddaughters, Abigail and Anna Smith; her siblings, Lawrence Gene Snell, Sr., James Ross Snell (Brenda), Janette Snell Mangum and Phylis Snell Brooks (Jim); and her sister-in-law Patricia Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
