She was predeceased by: her husband William Baldwin. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Barbour and Bill Baldwin; her daughter-in-law Lora Baldwin; her granddaughter Jessica Barbour; her great grandchildren, Dakota Hood and Vincent Robinson; and her sister-in-law Gladys Quick.

Joyce requested that all memorials go to Congaree Baptist Church.
