He is survived by: his sons, Joe S. Cousins II (Pamela) of Lexington and Keith A. Cousins (Melissa) of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Matthew Cousins (Tabitha), Caitlin Cousins, Savannah Cousins, Victoria Smith (Brandon) and Emily Cousins; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Liam, Jack, Graham and Maisie.
